Judy is a retired fifth grade teacher whose passion is to write that others may be strong in the Lord. She won Best New Writer 2013 at the Write to Publish Conference for The Cheesehead Devotional Kickoff Edition. A bit of a crazy Green Bay Packer fan, she also wrote the , released September 2017. It has since won five awards, the most recent being named Best Book in Sports in the 2019 Pinnacle Book Achievement Awards. Former quarterback-great Brett Favre's mom wrote the foreword. Judy also writes for Guideposts having been a winner in their 2014 Workshop Contest. Two of her stories are part of the Guideposts Book Miracles Do Happen, released May of 2019.
Current political events, Biblical prophecy, and Israel's history have sowed the seeds for Judy's most recent novel Blood Moon Redemption published Oct. 31, 2018. It has won six awards including 2019 Third Place in Mystery/Suspense at the prestigious Selah Awards and Finalist in Christian Fiction in the 2019 National Indie Excellence Awards, and was named Best Book in Christian Fiction in the 2019 Pinnacle Book Achievement Awards. She and her family live in Wisconsin. They winter in Florida where she wrote her novella Run With the Wind about the Florida Cracker Cowboys. Christmas Ivy won first place in Short Story at the 2016 Florida Christian Writers Conference. Her first novel, Society of the L.A.M.B., takes the reader to a deadly dangerous time for those who know King Glory and provides a path to strength.
