Picture
This author is a native of Illinois. Growing up in a small suburban town outside Chicago, she received her bachelor’s degree from Concordia University. Norstrom has a work history in management with an added career in the public school system.

She started journal therapy to help find solace. The storybook, Not a Blueprint: It’s the Shoe Prints that Matter ─ A Journey Through Toxic Relationships is a representation of her growth and signifies a milestone in her recovery from toxic relationships through a transition of non-toxicity. (Available in audio format as well.)

Through her creative writing skills, the activity guide Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall . . . Where Does My Self-Love Fall? A Success Guide to Replace Toxicity with Love demonstrates how this author has evolved when rediscovering those self-concepts.
